Organizational Design Partners

Welcome
"I started my career teaching in a high school where just 3% of students graduated, despite the talents of both students and teachers. Three years later, I would work as part of an internal change team redesigning the division of Human Resources, so that it worked as a support rather than supervisor of schools. These early experiences cemented my commitment to work with urgency and optimism - we need to move quickly to ensure all kids have an excellent education and we need to redesign alot of what we do to make that goal a reality." - Founder, Jenai Emmel
