Organizational Design Partners LLC is a boutique consulting practice serving school districts across the nation. We provide intensive support for continuous improvement and change management by partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization: in central offices and in classrooms. We fuel complex strategy development often at the intersection of strategic Human Resources, instructional strategy, and change management. We specialize in an organizational design process that ensures student, teacher, and leader experience drives learning for everyone. Since 2012, we have rolled up our sleeves alongside cabinets, departments, and school leadership teams interested in co-creating structure, strategy, culture, and processes that maximize collective action and performance. We partner with like-minded organizations to leverage people-centered data as the driving force behind large-scale strategy, structure, process, and cultural change.
